Chapman Tate is working with a leading manufacturing business based in Uxbridge , seeking a HR Systems Administrator to join their growing HR team. This is a permanent, onsite role offering up to £40,000 per year. As the HR Systems Administrator, you will maintain and improve the company’s HR and payroll systems. Your responsibilities include end-user support, troubleshooting, access management, and system enhancements, ensuring HR data accuracy, security, and usability. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and operations teams to improve system usage, reporting, and processes. Key Responsibilities: Support HR and payroll systems for end-users Manage system access, troubleshoot issues, and provide user training Monitor ticketing systems for issue resolution Create reports and insights using Excel and data skills Work with stakeholders on system improvements Support projects related to employee data and system activities Assist with employee surveys and data collection Maintain documentation and ensure system compliance Requirements: Experience supporting HR and payroll systems Strong data handling, reporting, and testing skills Experience managing system access and troubleshooting Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills Strong stakeholder relationship skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Project support experience Ability to work under pressure during peak times Experience with ticketing systems Attention to detail and customer service mindset Experience in manufacturing environment Experience with JTP HRIS or similar systems Familiarity with employee survey tools If you are passionate about data integrity, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration, apply now or contact Chapman Tate Associates to learn more about this opportunity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
