In this role, the Metric and portfolio performance analyst will be responsible for the development of process KPIs, Power BI Dashboard and performance metric result root cause analysis. This role requires a proactive approach to understanding root causes into results which deviate from the contractual and operational targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop operational KPIs aligned to business targets to drive performance.
- Establish regular reporting and develop dashboards to bring visibility into performance trends.
- Investigate performance misses, including data preparation, operational GEMBA reviews and client report outs.
- Ability to communicate and engage at all levels of the internal and external client organization.
- Provide insight and feedback to operations team for recurrent misses with recommendations of actions plans to countermeasure.
- Strong alignment with ops and LEAN leaders to measure effectiveness and outcome of process improvements.
- Own contractual KPI root cause analysis, business review preparation and call attendance with key client stakeholders.
- Create governance structure for contractual KPIs.
- Regular weekly/monthly report-outs on key KPI trends.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience in analytics, reporting, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Power BI, Python/R would be advantageous.
