Key Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of M&A, capital markets, and strategic advisory transactions across Consumer or FIG sectors.
- Support origination efforts through pitch preparation, idea generation, and client engagement.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering development and high performance.
- Work directly with senior bankers and clients across the UK, DACH, and broader European markets.
