Massive Bio, a rapidly growing health-tech startup founded in 2015, is dedicated to providing every cancer patient with access to clinical trials, regardless of their location or financial status. Our proprietary patient recruitment and enrollment enablement solution for oncology clinical trials addresses every point of friction in traditional enrollment processes. Our passionate team of changemakers is seeking an Account Manager based in the United Kingdom. This is a remote opportunity. You will be supporting the growth of our provider engagement operations across the UK.
As a key member of our OUS, Provider Engagement Team, you will serve as a local contact point for oncology providers in your state. Your mission will be to expand Massive Bio's network, increase referrals, and strengthen provider engagement efforts. Reporting to the Director, OUS Provider Engagement, you will:
- Build formal relationships with key treating oncologists and physicians
- Educate healthcare providers about the features and advantages of the Massive Bio clinical platform
- Contribute to the Provider Engagement Team’s strategic mapping efforts, identifying targeted physicians relevant to Massive Bio’s contracted Clinical Trials based on therapeutic area and location
- Visit clinics and healthcare facilities across the UK to engage with physicians and medical professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and healthcare teams
- Follow up with healthcare providers to track the outcomes and results of their engagement with our platform
- Update and maintain accurate records of physician interactions and outcomes in the company's CRM platform
- Report on engagement progress, feedback, and insights
- Perform data management responsibilities, strategic analysis, and regular reporting
Candidate Profile
- A bachelor's degree is required; a background in the medical field is preferred
- Experience in Pharma, Biotech, or NGS with a clinical network of oncology and hematology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; programming knowledge is a plus
- Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to new information and technologies
- Proactive, self-motivated, with strong conversational and sales skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely with excellent personal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel at least one week per month to various regions across the UK
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- At least 2 years of project management experience
- Prior experience in healthcare services and/or working with the NHS, value-based care models, and/or integrated care systems (ICS)
- Must be a resident or citizen of the United Kingdom
