The Role: As an Assistant Property Manager, you’ll be an essential part of our Estate Management team, ensuring our residents receive top-notch service while our properties run smoothly. You’ll handle everything from day-to-day communication with residents to overseeing maintenance issues and keeping our systems in order.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for residents, handling queries, resolving issues, and keeping communication clear, friendly, and professional.
- Data Management: Keep our property management system (Qube) fully up-to-date, ensuring all information is accurate and organised.
- Maintenance Coordinator: When something needs fixing, you’re the one to make it happen. Liaise with contractors, manage works orders, and ensure everything is done on time and to a high standard.
- Health & Safety: Ensure all health & safety legislation and company policies are strictly followed, keeping our estates safe and compliant.
- Financial: Help manage budgets, issue purchase orders, and assist with financial reporting to ensure costs stay under control.
About You: You’re passionate about delivering excellent customer service and enjoy building relationships with residents and clients. You’re a natural multitasker, able to manage your time and juggle tasks efficiently. You’ve got experience with systems like databases (Qube knowledge is a bonus) and are confident using Microsoft Office. You communicate clearly and professionally—whether over the phone, in writing, or face-to-face. You’ve got experience working with contractors and managing reactive maintenance (if not, you’re ready to learn fast!).
