The Role: Design, develop, and implement employee experience solutions that meet our clients' needs. Work with a cross-functional team to create engaging solutions across sectors like automotive, financial services, healthcare, and more.
A Day in The Life: Support development of customer and employee experience solutions, including:
- Enablement and Training: Assess learning needs, analyze assets, create training modules, workshops, and assessments.
- Engagement and Communications: Write scripts and content for videos, infographics, and market research.
- Employee Engagement & Discovery: Develop facilitation guides, document feedback, and assist in customer journey mapping.
- Regionalization: Localize materials for different markets.
Are You the One: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; master's preferred. At least 5 years of experience, with 3+ in relevant design areas. Based in London, UK. German at C2 level, plus proficiency in Spanish. Self-motivated, professional, and capable of remote work. B2B experience, especially in the commercial vehicle sector, is a plus. Experience with design thinking and Human-Centered Design. Exceptional written communication and visual design skills. Client-centric, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines. Proficient in MS Office and tools like Miro, Canva, Articulate Rise 360, etc.
