The role can be home-based, hybrid, or office-based, with a salary between £38,000 and £48,000. Previous touring or production experience is essential, along with ideally Sabre knowledge, although cross-training from another GDS is available. – Manage entertainment and touring client travel logistics, ensuring the highest level of service at all times. – Handle air, hotels, ground transport, meet & assist, and private charters from start to finish, providing full dedicated support to all customers using Sabre. – Maintain a high level of attention to detail, prioritize workload, and deliver within deadlines. – Ensure client budgets and specific requirements are met. – Complete administrative tasks, including accounting queries, promptly and accurately. Skills Required: Touring or production experience Sabre knowledge (training provided if needed) Location flexibility within the UK Flexible working hours (9am to 6pm or later start/end times are acceptable) Strong reissues, ticketing, and refunds experience Additional Information: Benefits include 22 days holidays, pension, healthcare, and a bonus scheme.
