This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing team of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians supporting patient care across various clinical specialties within the Trust. With the support of our Specialist Clinical Pharmacists and Principal Pharmacists, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. Responsibilities: Support patient care across a wide range of clinical specialties within the Trust. Deliver ward-based pharmaceutical care and provide clinical support to the dispensary. Engage in medicines optimisation and medicines safety activities as part of your medicines management role.
