We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join the Topgolf Team at our Glasgow Venue! The Executive Chef supervises, develops and drives engagement and Topgolf culture with their team to ensure the highest-quality culinary experience for our guests. They also manage the culinary operations - scheduling labour, managing inventory, ordering product, maintaining our high expectations of Food Hygiene compliance, maintaining kitchen areas and supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the team in providing best-in-class culinary experiences
  • Coach and develop the team and drive employee engagement and culture
  • Delegate tasks and set clear goals and accountability to Sous Chefs and Kitchen Managers, and proactively work with your team
  • Monitor stock and purchase product
  • Maintain food and labour costs according to budget, with a full understanding of COGS / GP
  • Ensure production recipes are delivered consistently and to the highest quality using Topgolf systems at all times
  • Oversee Food Hygiene Compliance and maintain excellent standards

What we're looking for:

  • Significant experience in high volume, corporate culinary management
  • Proven ability to develop a culinary leadership team and lead large chef brigades with excellent communication skills
  • Food Hygiene Level 3 Certification
  • Significant Experience working in a fast paced environment with the ability to manage production speed whilst maintaining quality
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Must have own transport
