About the Role: We are looking for an outstanding, inspirational, and enthusiastic Carpentry & Joinery Lecturer to join the successful Construction Department based at our Pagefield site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to 14-19 learners
  • Plan and organise lessons effectively to ensure all learners are engaged and progress successfully
  • Use excellent classroom management, communication, and IT skills to liaise effectively with learners and colleagues
  • Inspire and enthuse students about Carpentry & Joinery, helping them to achieve their full potential

About You:

  • Qualified to Level 3 in Carpentry & Joinery through an advanced apprenticeship
  • Extensive experience working within the industry
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Strong classroom management, communication, and IT skills
