  • Hybrid/ Remote with minimum one office day per month (Nottingham)

First and foremost we’re seeking someone with extensive experience in modern web application development who is either currently in or looking to step up to a technical leadership role, with a preference for someone with experience in consultancy and/or B2B client-facing roles. You’ll need to possess solid .NET Core experience and you’ll also need to have strong working knowledge of cloud platforms, systems architecture and data engineering along with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React. You’ll have experience working in products with well-thought-out, practical solutions solving real-world challenges and you’re eager to expand your impact even further across our client base.

As a Tech Lead at Atomic you’ll have direct responsibility across multiple client projects. The ability to quickly switch context is crucial and you’ll need to be adept and experienced at communicating with technical and non-technical clients. You’ll navigate technical discussion and be able to work both together and independently to deliver exceptional quality while being a voice for the direction of Atomic’s technical landscape. Additionally, you’ll be expected to mentor more junior engineers and advocate for improvement and positive change.

We’re looking for someone who is truly passionate about crafting software and solutions that have a meaningful impact. You’re deeply committed to delivering the highest level of service for our clients, creating products that significantly enhance the experience of end users.

If you feel your skills and experience are what we’re looking for, then we’d love to hear from you.
