We are currently seeking a Manager, Patient Recruitment to join our diverse and dynamic team at Accellacare, ICON. As a Manager, Patient Recruitment you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing Patient Recruitment within the Accellacare division, contributing to the successful execution and delivery of studies in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. What you will be doing Responsible for study and PRR campaign specific training; liaising with internal stakeholders where required. Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON\’s values which center around our commitment to People, Clients, and Performance. Expert knowledge of applicable ICON & Accellacare SOPs, ICH-GCP and applicable regulations. Expert knowledge of applicable Accellacare & ICON systems. Reporting on team and study PRR deliverables. Lead the development of training materials to support PRR, ASN and/or call center operations (Specific to department). Provide oversight to more junior members of staff assigned to the study, including delegation of tasks and ensuring accountability. Communicate performance indicators of the department: number of leads, number of calls made, conversion rates to telescreen and booking, screen fail rate, etc. Ensure the integrity of the patient database(s) by performing quality control through automated reporting. Recognize the importance of and create a culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining processes, adding value to our business and meeting client needs. Travel (approximately 20%) domestic and/or international to support increases in workload and studies/projects as needed. Support, prepare and attend Bid Defense meetings in support of ICON business development opportunities. Attend Kick-off meetings and project meetings as required to input into and discuss recruitment and retention strategies. Deliver high quality standards and strive for excellence; act in a proactive, flexible and responsive manner to both internal and external customer needs. Undertake other reasonably related duties as may be assigned from time to time. Your profile Bachelor\’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Extensive experience in Patient Recruitment, preferably within the CRO or pharmaceutical industry. Strong understanding of clinical trial regulations, guidelines, and industry standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving results.
