Role: Support Worker

Service: Church View (Clacton), CO15 4DA

Salary: £12.66 – £12.96 per hour

Shifts: Rotational, 37.5 hours per week

Our Support Workers are our greatest asset. Through understanding the needs of the people you support; you’ll provide exceptional care that truly changes lives.

  • Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities – empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences.
  • Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions.
  • Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others, too.

Your Service

Our supported living service in the heart of Clacton-on-Sea is right next to the sandy seaside; with the beach, pier, arcades, aquarium and bowling alleys all nearby. There is always something to do, and the people living here are always ready for a day out shopping or getting together with their friends for a BBQ. Some people get involved in their local community or go to work – whatever their own goals are, they’re supported to achieve them.
