As a Commercial Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of customer collaboration, ensuring smooth operations, strong partnerships, and alignment between business objectives and customer needs. How You’ll Contribute
- Customer Relationship Management – Lead site-specific customer meetings, resolve first-line disputes, and champion the customer’s voice.
- Demand & Order Management – Align customer demand with business operations, ensuring smooth order execution.
- Contract & Commercial Management – Oversee contractual obligations, cash management, and compliance while managing commercial risks and opportunities.
- Change Management – Implement contract updates and manage minor modification claims.
- Financial & Business Modelling – Support pricing strategies, bid proposals, and commercial planning.
