Job Opportunity: Temporary Site Engineer – Norwich (McDonald’s New Build Project) We are currently looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join our team on a new McDonald’s build in Norwich . This is a temporary position with approximately 9 weeks of work , with the potential for extension depending on performance and future workload. Project Type: New build commercial unit with civil engineering elements Location: Norwich Duration: Approx. 9 weeks (with potential for extension) Start Date: ASAP Rate: Competitive day rate (based on experience and equipment provision) Key Responsibilities: Setting out for groundworks, drainage, foundations, and structural elements Coordinating with site management, subcontractors, and the design team Maintaining accurate records and QA documentation Ensuring works are delivered in line with project specifications and programme Supporting site safety, quality, and compliance Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Engineer on civil engineering or commercial new build projects Proficient in use of surveying equipment and setting out techniques Ideally able to provide own equipment (not essential, but preferred and will be reflected in rate) Strong communication and organisational skills Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or construction CSCS card required This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team on a high-profile project.
