Electrical Project Manager

Electrical Project Manager We are recruiting for an electrical project manager to join the team of a Sheffield-based M&E contractor on temporary to permanent basis. The role would be split between 70% out of the office running around sites nationwide and 30% office based. A mileage rate would be included for any travelling that is not considered as travelling to and from the office. Candidate must be Sheffield based or within very close proximity to Sheffield. Candidate must have the following: * 18th edition BS7671 wiring regulations qualification * Test and inspection qualification (2391 or equivalent) * Fully qualified electrician holding relevant NVQs or equivalent * At least 8-10 years commercial on site experience * Computer literate – sending emails, using excel etc * Renewable energy/technology experience – (preferable but not a must) * Must be willing to travel nationwide including lodge when necessary * Experience running teams of electricians * Full Uk Driving license * Candidate must have their own vehicle Role would include: * Managing projects ranging from £50,000.00 – £(phone number removed) for the following type of works/projects but not limited to; * Commercial rewires * New build commercial full electrical installations (lighting & power) * LED lighting upgrades * Self test emergency lighting upgrades * Solar PV installs (experience not essential but preferable) * Electrical works in conjunction with ASHP installations Salary: £260 p/d (08:00-1700) Temp to Perm basis. \”Ideal for someone that has had their own business but doesn’t want the hassle and liability of running a company
