Job Purpose
Provision of administrative and office support to Banijay Rights Digital & Content Operations team.
Responsibilities
- Edit short clips from Banijay Rights TV shows for social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook and Snap
- Prepare and edit full TV episodes for self-publishing on reach such as Amazon Prime Video
- Assist with program scheduling digital channels on Connected TV devices such as Samsung TV Plus
- Create artwork and imagery for upcoming VOD deals to platform specifications
- Support with uploading, scheduling and publishing video content across YouTube etc.
- Assist Head of Channel Management with YouTube and Facebook channel auditing and rebranding
- Shadowing of Legal Coordinator, and assisting with Archive systems
- Shadowing of Content Operations Coordinator
- Extracting data from DVD’s and HDD’s to input into MaM system
- Identify assets belonging to expired titles from library documents and highlight for destruction / deletion
- Upload supporting documents to our Rights System for Licensees to access
- Preparation of all required video metadata and artwork for content deliveries to digital platforms including but not limited to Amazon Prime, Roku, Pluto, Tubi, YouTube, Meta and FAST
- Ensure metadata and artwork meet all specification needs of each platform
- Provide support with any needed video file preparation including closed captioning and ad break markers
- Assist with quality checks of video content and update all necessary documentation / systems as required
- Other duties as required.
