Tired of watching busy shoppers walk past your travel agency and not walk in? Bored of scraping the barrel of enquiries? Looking for a new challenge? You found it! We’ve got some exciting new opportunities coming up and are expanding even more since our relocation to Brighton in 2018. We’re totally transparent about our activity and would love to give you an update on what team OOO have been up to!
The growth – we’ve not just been hiring in our Travel Concierge team, but we have new talent on board supporting Business Development and Marketing – adding some real value to our growth. We work in partnership with TravelGay, the world’s largest LGBT travel and lifestyle website. They have revolutionised the travel industry for the LGBT community and are still growing! We don’t just sell in the UK. Brexit got boring and the grass in the USA is certainly greener!
We are committed to developing our staff and promoting from within, which has paved the way for some of our existing staff to take on more senior team leader positions. As well as the occasional apres work soirée to reward some stellar success the team has already achieved.
What’s behind this success? Our founder Darren Burn had the vision to create a tailor-made travel brand that offered all customers peace of mind when booking luxury travel. Upon opening a new office in Brighton, Darren brought on board a talented Sales Manager to lead, develop and drive the team. Jared is skilled in developing sales strategies and, with Darren, has recruited a dedicated team of travel experts whose backgrounds include:
- Travel Recruitment Specialists
- Experienced cabin crew
- Skilled tailor-made travel sales experts
- Globe trekkers – first-hand destination advice
Our niche market knowledge and focus for the LGBT consumer provides great peace of mind for some of our customers, but we don’t just focus on LGBT – we cater to everyone and our message is simple – “tailor-made luxury travel, no matter who you love”. We are never short of enquiries and need a team of superstars to help uphold our ethos, values and deliver our standard of amazing service. We can relate to our customers; some of us have experienced challenges as LGBT travellers and that’s why we can deliver assurance in our services. We’ve gone the extra mile to ensure our supplier relationships benefit our customers.
Requirements:
- Sincere interest in our brand’s purpose – the fact that you’re already here reading this is a great start!

- Consultative sales expert – style-wise we’re definitely more Steve Jobs than Donald Trump – and you will have a natural gift for understanding customers and spotting opportunities to upsell and enhance their travel experiences.
- Proactive – by this stage, your curiosity has already beaten you and you’ve probably googled us and read our reviews, armed with a list of questions now that your interest is fuelled. You’re someone who makes things happen – and loves to self-develop.
- Customer-centric – the customer is king & queen in our book! 1st class service comes naturally to you – and you know the benefit of it.
