Sellick Partnership are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced property lawyer to join a well-regarded London Authority on a locum basis. This contract will initially be for 3 months with a view to extend further.

Our client is seeking a Commercial Property lawyer to undertake a full caseload of complex commercial property matters including:

  • Purchases
  • Sales
  • Regeneration
  • Development
  • Asset management work
  • Supporting corporate projects and advising on property issues

This position requires the Commercial Property Lawyer to work either full-time hours or 4 days per week and attend the office on a weekly basis (less office attendance will be considered).

Our client is seeking to fill this locum Commercial Property position as soon as possible, so applicants will ideally be able to start immediately or within a few weeks' notice.
