Job Description
- Maintain and develop key global systems including Atlassian JIRA and ServiceNow
- Plan, implement, and manage upgrades, patches, and user configurations
- Troubleshoot network, server, and system issues across a hybrid environment (LAN/WAN, Azure, VMWare)
- Monitor performance, analyse workflows, and improve IT processes to meet business goals
- Collaborate with global IT teams to support our international network infrastructure
- Ensure secure and seamless interconnectivity across multiple EMEIA sites
- Travel as required to regional offices
Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications
- 2+ years in a systems/network admin role in an enterprise environment
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, JIRA, ServiceNow, VMWare, and network security
- Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and document processes clearly
