We have exciting plans to accelerate growth further and now have a unique vacancy in our team available.
The Brand Manager position is a key role within the L’Or team as part of our UK-wide Marketing team. You will be responsible for delivering crucial communication and innovation initiatives across the L’OR brand with particular focus on our key Capsules portfolio (also including Costa) and mastering what it takes to bring a product from consumer insight right onto the shelves of the UK’s largest retailers. You will be actively involved in brand tracking and analysis, shaping insights and actions for growth, and you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams both locally and globally, exposed to the full marketing mix.
- Responsible for development and implementation of through the line activations, both locally led activations (pioneer market) and global activations.
- Lead implementation of pioneer market comms model ATL/BTL through touchpoints such as shopper, PR and social media.
- Responsible for efficient and timely delivery of digital marketing activations, working closely with media team and media agency to plan and implement.
- Lead on activation partnership with LOR x Lindt Excellence, responsible for development and implementation of retail activation and future strategy.
- Support SBM in Capsules portfolio management and cross brand initiatives including Costa.
- Links in with wider L’OR category teams (Tassimo and Instant) to ensure category and brand strategy alignment.
- Demonstrates category and brand leadership, is a go-to person when it comes to interaction with local and global stakeholders.
- Responsible for key stakeholder alignment on strategy, project alignment and approval meetings.
- Works with the Global Category and Brand team, representing the UK interests and helping influence the global agenda to fit UK needs.
- Lead on monthly category health updates.
Qualifications
- Must have: 3+ years of previous Marketing experience, preferably FMCG.
- Brand building/NPD Experience with ability for strong project management.
- Strong commercial acumen with good analytical ability (Nielsen/IRI/Kantar), ability to turn data into insights and actions.
- Superb relationship building and cross-functional working.
- An entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset.
- High energy, passionate and “can do” attitude.
Nice To Have:
- Sales/Category Management/Project Management experience.

- Educated to degree level – Marketing/Business/Management highly desirable.
