Role Overview: This exciting role involves managing the end-to-end planning, procurement, and supply chain delivery to support high growth expansion plans. Reporting to the Site Director, you will oversee manufacturing, fulfilment, and inventory management. The role requires balancing short-term customer demand with process optimization and midterm capacity planning.
You will also lead strategic projects to expand into new channels and geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain demand forecasting for all products and sales channels.
- Manage production planning and inventory across the business.
- Develop new tools and processes for demand and supply planning.
- Oversee raw material and product planning.
