Role: Specialist Radiographer / Qualified Mammographer Banding: Band 6 Location: Norwich Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (Full working days required), Permanent Salary: £42,618 per annum The AHP team at Pulse is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Specialist Radiographer / Qualified Mammographer to join our team in Norwich. An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Breast Imaging department for a Specialist Radiographer / Qualified Mammographer. We are committed to staying at the forefront of developments in breast imaging. Your main responsibilities: Provide a professional, high-quality mammographic imaging service. Work in both the symptomatic service and NHS Breast Screening Programme. Produce mammograms of the highest standard. Supervise Assistant Practitioners, trainee Mammographers, and trainee Mammography Associates. Ensure the technical quality of screening films. Recognize abnormalities on mammograms and seek advice from Radiologists. Communicate effectively with women to reassure them during the screening process. Image both fresh and formalin-fixed breast specimens. Adhere to Health & Safety and Ionising Radiation Regulations. What we are looking for: Experience managing a team of physiotherapists. BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy. HCPC registered. Broad range of physiotherapy skills, including MSK. Permanent right to work in the UK. Previous experience in Mammography. Experience with NHS Breast Screening Programme (NHSBSP).
