About This Role Join CAE’s Commercial Aviation Training team as a Sales Analyst at our Flight Training Centre in Gatwick, West Sussex. With 15 Flight Simulators on-site and an active live training environment, you will assist our Regional Sales Support activities relating to reporting, governance and analysis responsibilities. In this role, you will also support our IT tools, such as Salesforce, Gemini, MS Teams and Power BI. The role we are offering you Support the regional revenue forecast and budget processes for commercial aviation (CAT), through co-ordination and co-operation with the various training centres, finance and the regional sales team. Convert regional revenue data, utilisation data and customer data into meaningful information for trend analysis and decision-making purposes for senior managers. Monitor all regional sales activity through the sales CRM tools, liaise with the sales team and provide regular feedback to the Sales Leadership Team to ensure all regional sales targets are being met by the sales teams. Control and support the contract database and contract governance process. Manage the contract pricing within the product database and assist with the development of pricing models and strategies. Our ideal candidate: Holds a Financial Degree or equivalent qualification or Relevant experience Is Highly numerate with an aptitude for analysing numeric data. Has excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Holds expert knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and/or related data modelling skills. (VBA & Power BI knowledge would be an advantage) Has experience working with sales teams including CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce). Holds good knowledge of other Microsoft Applications (Word, PowerPoint). Has Marketing knowledge that includes pricing skills (not essential but desirable) What kind of person will succeed in this team? You enjoy working in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business that requires development and refinement of processes and procedures.
