Required for this world-leading, prestigious luxury tour operator based in a fantastic location in central London. Sales Management/Team leader experience within another tour operator or luxury long-haul travel company is a must, salary circa 45k, great uncapped team bonus plus great benefits. Hybrid, 4 days in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Looking after an experienced luxury sales team of 5 people, hands off, helping the team achieve sales targets through mentoring, training, regular 1-2-1s etc.
- Cultivate a collaborative and competitive environment where everyone thrives.
- Recognise and reward top performers.
- Implement innovative incentives and team building activities.
- Continuous training, learning and development.
- Help organise regular fam trips.
Experience Required:
- Sales management/Team leader experience in the travel industry, has to be within luxury travel or a tour operator.
- Able to work on a hybrid basis 4 days a week in a central London office.
- Proven experience of working with a team and increasing sales.
Additional information:
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.
