To give you an idea of the role, here’s a typical Optical Assistant (24 hours) to do list:

• Polishing lenses;

• Support customers with tailored style advice;

• Adjusting frames;

• Passing on your expertise to customers and colleagues;

• Making our customers enthusiastic about all of our products and services (online and offline);

• Working as part of a team with other Sales Assistants, Management Team and of course an optometrist;
