Industrial Recruitment Consultant – Luton £30-50k

My client is seeking an experienced industrial sales consultant to expand its existing team in Luton.

The role offers a stable environment with a company established for nearly 20 years.

This position is ideal for someone with a preference for sales over service.

Your main responsibilities will include canvassing and winning new business for the service team, with your time split between branch and field sales.

Alongside a competitive basic salary, the company offers an exceptional bonus structure, which is expected to at least double your basic salary. Benefits include the opportunity to join the company pension scheme and healthcare plan after a qualifying period.
