We specialise in the design, supply, installation, refurbishment, and maintenance of curtain walling and cladding systems. Scope:
We are seeking a highly skilled Estimator with extensive experience in façade systems and, ideally, a background in remediation projects. The successful candidate must have prior experience working for a Principal Contractor and will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate costings, competitive tenders, and the successful delivery of complex façade projects.

Salary: DOE, we are open to negotiate remuneration package for the right candidate
Our Project values are between 2 to 20 million. You will be able to seamlessly cooperate with the Director of Estimate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for façade installation, remediation, and refurbishment projects
- Analyse project specifications, drawings, and contracts to determine scope and requirements
- Work closely with the design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure all project needs are clearly understood
- Source and negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best value
- Identify risks and opportunities within the scope of work during the estimation process
- Lead the preparation of tender submissions and provide post-tender support as needed
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in the façade, cladding, or curtain walling industry is essential
- Previous experience in façade remediation projects is highly desirable
- Experience working within a Principal Contractor environment is a must
- Strong understanding of construction methods, façade materials, and industry regulations, particularly regarding remediation and building safety
- Exceptional numerical, analytical, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficient with Excel, understanding AutoCAD and Microsoft Projects Management
