The project is valued at just over £22 million. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record on new build projects, taking full commercial responsibility. You will report to the Regional Commercial Manager based in Birmingham. Preference is for candidates based within the Midlands central belt due to the extensive workload of the contractor. Candidates should be within a commutable distance daily.
