We are looking for an experienced, data-driven Search Manager to lead our paid and organic search strategy across platforms including Google, Bing, YouTube, and emerging search channels. This role will own the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of all search marketing efforts - with the goal of driving high-intent traffic, scalable customer acquisition, and profitable growth. This position requires hands-on campaign management, cross-functional collaboration, and a strategic mindset aligned with broader marketing and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a holistic search marketing strategy that aligns with the brand’s broader digital goals and luxury positioning. Define short- and long-term objectives for paid search, organic SEO, and YouTube advertising, including growth targets, channel mix, and budget allocation. Identify emerging trends and platform updates (e.g., Performance Max, AI-based search, voice search, etc.) and proactively test new opportunities. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure search strategy supports brand storytelling, new product launches, and global expansion plans.
- Paid Search: Manage all Google/Bing/other Ad accounts, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns. Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to guide campaign structure and investment. Build and maintain search campaigns from scratch — from ad copy and extensions to bidding strategy and negative keyword management. Continuously optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and customer lifetime value by adjusting bids, creative, and targeting based on performance data. Oversee the development of YouTube video ad assets, working with creative teams or agencies to produce compelling video content that drives action. Test and iterate YouTube ad formats (skippable, bumper, in-feed) to balance awareness and performance goals.
