Social network you want to login/join with: Hospitality Coordinator We are seeking a Hospitality Coordinator to ensure the provision of quality and cost-effective Catering and Cleaning services to clients and customers within Fife Council. This position covers Dunfermline and surrounding villages, working in a team that supports West Fife Schools and Council Buildings. This diverse role varies daily and requires excellent organisational skills and flexibility. Responsibilities include: Inducting new staff and identifying their development needs. Assisting with personnel matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures. Ensuring compliance with food service standards. We are offering a permanent full-time position, working 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 7.12 hours per day as required. Occasional weekend and on-call work may be necessary. The salary range is £31,179.34 – £38,950.71 , with benefits including: Pro-rata starting salary of £31,179.34 , plus additional payments for shift work, including weekends. Membership of the Fife Pension Fund (Scottish LGPS). Travel expenses paid at 45 pence per mile for staff using their own vehicle. Access to training and qualifications. Discounts at supermarkets, restaurants, and retail outlets. This role focuses on ensuring effective operations and safety within schools and council buildings in Fife. The Person Experience in staff management. Budget awareness, numeracy, and literacy skills. Ability to travel at short notice to other Fife Council sites. Valid driving license.
