In this role, you will work closely with customers to improve their products, refine their strategies, and strengthen their design and frontend skills. You’ll Help Our Customers Drive Digital Innovation By:
- Understand customer requirements, including user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Provide guidance on user-focused design and frontend best practices.
- Offer hands-on support during product development, focusing on design and frontend tasks.
- Share expertise in visual design, interaction patterns, and modern frontend technologies.
- Create documentation and resources to help partners improve their technical and UX skills.
- Support partners as they develop their own design capabilities.
- Stay in touch with partners to track progress.
- Inspire and enable customers by developing and sharing valuable UI/UX content, patterns and best practices.
You’re The Innovator We Need If You Have:
- At least 3 years of experience in UX design and frontend development, ideally in software product companies.
- Familiarity with Mendix and the Mendix Atlas UI Framework is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of modern frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, component libraries).
- Experience working with partners or clients in a consultative role.
- Solid visual and interaction design skills with practical implementation experience.
- Ability to prototype rapidly, be it with paper, hand-coded HTML/CSS, Sketch, Figma, InVision, AfterEffects or others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently.
- An amazing portfolio that demonstrates the use of creative and novel solutions to solve complex problems.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
