I am looking for an experienced 1st/2nd line technical support analyst to join my client who is a leading London Market Insurer. This role will include:

  • General support
  • Setting up new starters/leavers
  • Support of laptops and PCs
  • Fixing technical issues for users

Team fit is important for this role; we need someone who is willing to get stuck in and is happy to be in the office with the team.
