Full-time 40 hours per week Both roles will be expected to cover 2 x late nights and some weekends Start Date: ASAP We are now seeking Clinic Receptionists to join our team in our Oxford Circus clinic, both on a full time and part time basis with the opportunity for additional hours and overtime as required. Role Responsibilities As a Clinic Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive exceptional service from booking to treatment. You will play a key role in the smooth operation of the clinic, supporting both the Clinic Manager and clinical team with administrative tasks and patient care coordination. Key Duties: Delivering outstanding customer service – welcoming patients, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience. Managing bookings and payments, both in person and over the phone. Assisting with administrative tasks, such as invoicing, stock management, and record-keeping. Working closely with the clinical team to support day-to-day operations. Participating in training and development to enhance clinic processes. Requirements: Experience in a customer-facing role is essential (experience in private healthcare is desirable). Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a busy environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-focused approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical software (training provided where needed). Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Part-time role – 8 hours per week, with the opportunity for overtime and additional hours.
