You will be part of a team of multi-skilled technical support staff ensuring the service meets contractual requirements and complies with all relevant regulations. Your role involves working on a prestigious commercial site in Hertfordshire, performing a mix of PPM and reactive maintenance. Duties: PPM & reactive maintenance Air conditioning and refrigeration – service/maintenance Servicing and maintaining split systems, VRVs, VAVs, VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, Chillers, and all HVAC and refrigeration plants Extensive building services knowledge Carrying out surveys and completing reports as required Diagnosing and fault-finding in HVAC systems across various energy sources Requirements: NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Equivalent (minimum) in Air-conditioning and refrigeration Commercial experience in Building Services or FM Background Experience with VRV’s, VRF’s, chillers, Air handling units Understanding of environmental conditions such as humidity, temperature, light F Gas 2079/2089 qualified Knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration Flexible with a positive attitude and approach Package: 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays Pension Scheme Free Parking Salary up to £54,000 plus 10% bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr
