Graduate Design Engineer

In the Design Graduate position you will be given the opportunity to develop your abilities and confidence in our Design department, working on iconic projects. You will also be able to spend time in various departments, including Pre-Construction, Commercial, Project Management, and a period on site. This will allow you the valuable experiences to contribute towards your professional career. The scheme will last 4 years, and successful completion should provide you with a well-rounded foundation for achieving chartered status with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) or the Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE). We are looking for someone with a relevant Civil or Structural Engineering BEng with a minimum of a 2:1 & ideally you will be studying a master’s in Civil Engineering. We are looking for great communicators with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Resilience, innovation & determination are among the key characteristics of a great Design Engineer.
