Unpack Agency is a fast-growing Amazon and marketplace management agency on a mission to help FMCG brands launch, scale, and dominate on Amazon across the UK and Europe. We’re a team of current and former brand owners who know what it takes to build strong brands and drive revenue — and we’re here to do exactly that for our clients. We’re looking for a talented Amazon Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of some of our key client accounts. You’ll play a critical role in shaping their success — and ours.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of Amazon accounts (Seller and potentially Vendor), from startup brands to scaling operations.
- Take full responsibility for Amazon PPC strategy and execution, including campaign setup, optimisation, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Understand each client’s goals and set clear KPIs aligned with their business objectives.
- Audit accounts in detail and build out plans to improve performance.
- Analyse key performance data and implement ongoing optimisation strategies across listings, advertising, and content.
- Ensure product listings are fully optimised — from keyword-rich content to A+ creative assets.
- Communicate with clients regularly, providing performance reports, strategic recommendations, and proactive account management.
Requirements
- Experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar tool experience.
- Experience running Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Strong communication and account management skills.
- Confident analysing performance data and drawing insights.
- Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability.
