We have an opportunity available for a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join the team within our Psychological Wellbeing Service based in Warrington WA2 7JB.

Salary: 29,974.00

Hours: 37.5 per week

Contract: 6 month fixed term contract

Responsibilities:

  • Making Space Talking Therapies provides evidence-based interventions within a stepped care model for the treatment of people with mild to moderate common mental health problems.
  • You will join our team in Wigan delivering step 2 low intensity interventions and work closely with our clinical team to maintain our high standard and help us to develop this further.
  • You will manage your own caseload providing evidence-based treatments, which involves using Silvercloud packages and weekly telephone reviews.
  • This role will also involve face-to-face assessments in the community to ensure access to Talking Therapies is achieved throughout the Wigan Borough.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be a Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner and registered with either the BPS or BABCP.
  • As the role will require you to travel to locations within the area of operation, including regular trips to Head Office (based in Warrington), candidates must have access to their own transport.
