To support our growth, we are seeking a dynamic Category Lead. This role focuses on leading the strategy, development, and management of new categories such as agriculture, consumer packaged goods, electronics, fashion, food and beverage, healthcare, manufacturing, etc. This role focuses on establishing and expanding partnerships with key players in the retail and wholesale industries. We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience and a strong network within the retail, wholesale, or distribution sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building successful partnerships and is eager to leverage their industry connections to drive significant growth for our company. Job Description: The Product Support and Operations Associate is responsible for providing high-quality product support to internal and external users and overseeing the operational aspects of product management. This role requires a blend of customer support, data analysis, process management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our products. Key Responsibilities: Product Support: Provide prompt and effective support to internal and external users via phone, email, and chat. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
