Tus principales funciones serán:
- Control y seguimiento de facturación, pagos y cobros.
- Conciliaciones bancarias.
- Tareas administrativas relacionadas con la contabilidad.
- Atender consultas telefónicas, correos electrónicos y correspondencia.
- Manejo de bases de datos y software administrativo (Excel, ERP, etc.).
Formación mínima Grado Superior de Administración y Contabilidad.
Experiencia previa en un puesto similar (mínimo 2 años).
Nivel medio-alto de inglés.
Conocimientos de ofimática (Microsoft Office).
Capacidad de organización, atención al detalle y habilidades de comunicación.
Buena gestión del tiempo y capacidad para priorizar tareas.
Jornada completa: de lunes a viernes de 8:00h a 16:00h (presencial).
Lugar de trabajo: Valldemossa.
