I am currently looking for a commercially savvy, data-driven Commercial Partnership Manager to join our forward thinking, ambitious Commercial team. This role will be building and managing key strategic, data-led relationships with a portfolio of insurance partners across our Car, Home, Van, Motorbike, and Pet panels. You’ll be instrumental in delivering commercial growth, securing optimal pricing for customers, and ensuring alignment with contractual, regulatory and customer outcome standards.
Responsibilities
- Strategically manage key partner relationships, aligning on goals and driving mutual success.
- Consistently delivering great customer outcomes in line with regulatory and internal expectations and ensuring buy-in for key projects and initiatives.
- Leverage data and insights to identify growth opportunities, influence partner performance, and drive optimal commercial outcomes.
- Optimise current processes to drive efficiencies through data led initiatives, embracing and utilising AI and automation.
- Re-negotiate commercial terms periodically and explore innovative commercial models to enhance value.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Finance Team to deliver customer-focused pricing strategies that improve market share and ROI.
- Coach and support a Panel Executive, and contribute to a culture of knowledge-sharing within the wider team.
- Oversee third-party governance, conducting thorough due diligence and applying robust management frameworks.
