They are seeking a Registration and Licensing Administrator in London on a maternity cover contract to 5 th September 2025. This role is hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. However, you will need to be fully office-based at the start whilst undergoing training. You will be working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. About the Role: They are looking for a dedicated professional to join the Compliance and Operational Risk team in London, as part of the Registrations and Licensing department (R&L). You will be part of a team responsible for Associate registrations across the UK, Ireland, and France regimes. In this role, you will contribute to the independent oversight of Front Line Unit (FLU) and Control Function (CF) performance in alignment with the Compliance Risk Management Program. As an individual contributor, the Compliance and Operational Risk Analyst promotes a culture of compliance and the identification, escalation, and timely mitigation of compliance risks. You will get exposure to a wide range of Associates across Global Markets and Global Banking as well as support functions such as Human Resources. Main Responsibilities: Assisting the team with operational aspects of registrations work, ensuring the appropriate due diligence has been conducted prior to certification. Assisting with weekly rota tasks such as terminations, monitoring, and reporting. Promote a culture of compliance and the identification, escalation, and timely mitigation of compliance and operational risks. Core Skills: A background in a similar role ideally within the financial sector. Solid written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate and work with all levels within the organisation and with external regulators (e.g., senior manager applications). Ability to multitask; completing a high volume of transactions within specific deadlines. Ability to appropriately handle sensitive and confidential material. Excellent analytical skills – analyse documents for accuracy and risk; mitigate and/or call out where appropriate. Independent – can accurately perform functions with little direction. Computing skills for Windows applications. Keen problem solver who can handle multiple projects. Follow-up initiative to resolve items. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. Possess a positive, cooperative, and professional attitude.
