ROLE PROFILE We are looking for a Co-Head of EMEA FX Sales for Capital Markets to be based in Zurich leading a team of 7 across EMEA focusing on EMEA country perimeter- non UK. The role will report into the Global Head Capital Market Sales in London and has primary responsibility for the profitability and growth of the FX Sales and Securities Sales business across Europe focusing on Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Nordics, Spain, and Italy. European languages are essential. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop existing client franchise to maximise upsell of new products & services. Develop New Sales capabilities in core EMEA time zoned Markets. Define market leading sales strategy to improve the firm\’s investment in the FXI, NDF, Spot, Forwards matching platform. Work with our inter-divisional colleagues in Post Trade and D&A to provide an integrated growth agenda in EMEA. Implement global standards of performance across EMEA business. Works closely with Product to define commercial performance for the FX and Securities trading businesses. Works closely with Global Capital Markets sales team to drive standard process in implementing global opportunities. Manages the EMEA Sales team’s P&L. Identifies emerging strategic opportunities within the business. Represents the business as required. Demonstrates the Leadership Behaviours and the Cultural Intent in day-to-day activities. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Experience of building successful sales teams across multiple asset classes. Drive, energy and a passion to grow our business. An ability to find opportunities and build solutions to address them. A collaborative approach to working as part of a distributed team. Strong communication skills and European language ability would be helpful. Strong customer management abilities with excellent communication and influencing skills. Proactivity and focus on execution. Strong experience advising strategy and delivery in an international, large-scale organisation. Deep knowledge of global capital markets and regulatory landscape. Ability to represent the company in the marketplace. Established and extensive network of industry participants across customer segments.
