Amsterdam, Netherlands or United Kingdom Job Summary We are looking for a contract technical recruiter based in Amsterdam or the UK to support our growing presence in Amsterdam and the UK. You will be responsible for building pipeline and closing candidates as well as partnering with hiring managers around the world to develop headcount plans and organization design. This role will cover both technical and non-technical roles, a breadth of experience is preferred. Requirements 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment preferably within the tech or AI space Strong understanding of AI concepts and technologies, including machine learning, data science, and software development Experience building pipelines from scratch using LinkedIn Recruiter Proficiency in using Greenhouse or similar ATS and other recruitment tools Partnering with Hiring Managers to support the long-term growth of their teams Experience negotiating offers Expert knowledge of labor laws in the European countries in which we operate Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to identify, source, and hire highly qualified candidates with a strong emphasis on candidate experience and stakeholder management Partner with hiring managers and interviewers to understand hiring needs, required skills and qualifications, priorities Source candidates through various channels Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates\’ technical skills and cultural fit. Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation, closing and onboarding. Enhance recruiting processes and programs while maintaining an inclusive and extremely high-talent bar Provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
