Your Role in Our Mission:
To achieve our mission, we put HR & Reward professionals at the core of everything we do. This means connecting with them to better understand them, their business and their current challenges or objectives by presenting them with our solutions to help them advance their organisations. Our Enterprise Employee Engagement Consultant is responsible for customer acquisition and growth. You will ultimately be responsible for your own success within the territory, ensuring incremental growth in annual recurring revenue, new logo acquisition and customer retention, whilst providing the best consultative sales experience possible for our clients. The exact blend of your portfolio will depend on a number of factors and can be discussed as part of the recruitment process.
Flexible, Hybrid Working
The office is for you to use as much as you like, as a minimum our UK Sales teams work from our Tottenham Court Road office at least 2 per week including our Sales Team Days on Tuesday and Thursday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling complex HR technology solutions
- Selling to multiple stakeholders including HR, Finance, Operations and C-Suite
- Working with an average 3-6 month sales cycle
- Generating new business and achieving sales targets based on the Y1 fee
- Managing a portfolio of Enterprise clients, in partnership with the Client Success team
- Responsible for renewing and growing existing client relationships, as well as identifying and closing expansion opportunities
- Demonstrate/sell value to key stakeholders within the accounts during complex sales cycles
- Tracking all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase timeframes, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce
- Working closely with Client Success to ensure high satisfaction and retention within your accounts
- Working closely with Sales Development to convert leads and account insights into opportunities
- Preparing and writing tenders, RFP’s and written sales documents with the support of our global Bid team
Skills:
- Strong written and spoken communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Experience in negotiating with partners to achieve the best outcome for Reward Gateway Edenred, and our members
- Proven experience owning commercial targets and KPIs to deliver ambitious growth targets
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, across multiple projects and partners at one time
- Demonstrated experience in interpreting sales and performance data to build value with partners, and maximise our combined success
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of gift card retail partners with responsibility for negotiation, contracting and ongoing relationship management to maximise the success of the partnership
- Previous experience designing and managing strategic marketing plans for your portfolio of partners to drive sales volume and increase engagement
