We are currently supporting an established credit investment firm, who are looking to grow their high performing IR/BD team in London. For this IR Associate role, they are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience either in a private markets investor relations role within a similar firm or someone who has been working in a placement agent and has credit product knowledge.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support Investor Relations & Business Development: Manage due diligence processes for prospective investors by coordinating responses with CRM leads, IR Analysts, and internal teams. Ensure the RFP database is up to date and maintain relevant firm and market information for investor communications.
  • Manage Relationships with Existing Limited Partners (LPs): Deliver standard and bespoke investor reporting. Provide ongoing client service and respond to ad hoc requests. Prepare marketing presentations and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs). Oversee data room management and coordinate investor events.
  • Coordinate Investor Onboarding: Lead the process of closing investors into the funds by liaising with investors, internal teams, external counsel, and fund administrators.
  • Deliver Fund Performance Reporting: Work with CRM leads, Portfolio Managers, and Finance to deliver high-quality, timely investor reports, including: Quarterly performance and financial reporting, Customized (bespoke) reporting as needed.
  • Support New Fund Launches: Create and monitor detailed fund launch timelines. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fund launches. Act as a liaison with external marketing partners such as placement agents.
