Role Overview
As the Head of Sales for Europe, you will drive revenue performance across Ookla’s enterprise sector with a progressive approach. Reporting to the Worldwide Head of Sales, you will lead and grow a team of seasoned sales professionals, evangelizing Ookla’s products to enterprise customers across Europe. You will develop strategic relationships, support your team in closing new business rapidly, and act as a key conduit within Ookla. Your expertise in the telecom industry and customer environments will help identify opportunities, markets, and solutions.

Minimum Requirements

- 10+ years of enterprise technology sales leadership
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Proven track record of leading successful sales teams with strong pipeline and revenue performance
- Knowledge of sales and marketing automation tools
- Experience selling into new markets with nascent products/services
- Familiarity with telecom infrastructure technology
- Excellent communication skills, organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to improve results
- Knowledge of Ookla’s products or similar offerings
- Willingness to travel regularly within Europe
- Degree (B.A./B.S.), with a Master’s or international business experience a plus
- English proficiency; multilingual skills are a plus
