Social network you want to login/join with: Location: London (with travel to Reading, paid) End Date: 28th November 2025 Clearance: Must be a British national eligible for SC clearance We’re looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA HCM Consultant to join a key transformation programme, supporting the design, build, test, and deployment of HCM functionality. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert, lead key solution design decisions, and collaborate across teams to ensure successful delivery. Key Responsibilities: Define and implement SAP HCM solutions for improved operational performance. Lead the delivery of core HR processes including Time Booking and Mini-Master data. Facilitate knowledge sharing through training sessions and workshops. Monitor project milestones and report progress to stakeholders. Maintain thorough documentation in line with compliance and project needs. Required Skills & Experience: Expert knowledge of SAP HCM – Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Timesheet. Experience with SAP Workflow Approvals and HR Mini-Master integration. Intermediate proficiency in SAP Project Systems integration. Background in Aerospace & Defence (A&D) is preferred.
