Assist the Account Team in the delivery of packaging projects from Design to file release. Support Creative and Production Account Managers with administrative duties and coordinate with third parties for information gathering.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE: Foster cross-team partnerships and enhance employee satisfaction. Collaborate with Creative and/or Production Account Managers to develop strong partnerships, support client expectations, and ensure cohesive team engagement. Engage with internal partners in Design, Photo Studio, Production, and Finance to build strong relationships and identify learning opportunities. Perform assigned tasks as part of the team and be available to support as needed. Work closely with your Account Managers to understand the process and your role within it.
- OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE: Promote internal collaboration to inspire design and deliver efficiently under the 'one roof' model. Accurately record all activities in the Equator Octopus2 system as directed by Account Management, ensuring timely completion. Own the collation and secure storage of files to support project development. Collaborate with all Equator teams to support the 'all under one roof' model. Follow internal workflow processes to ensure consistent delivery within your scope. Support the Photography process by ensuring all elements are ready for shoots and stakeholders are informed. Manage stakeholder expectations with proactive and professional communication, escalating issues when necessary. Ensure all tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards to support project success.
- FINANCIAL GROWTH: Drive sales and reduce costs to improve profitability. Input financial data accurately into the Octopus2 system when required.
- CLIENT EXPERIENCE: Build proactive client partnerships to meet objectives and provide exceptional service. Maintain strong, energetic partnerships with clients, acting as a valuable team member. Follow up with Suppliers, Printers, Clients, and 3rd Party Services for necessary information and assets. Ensure all communication is timely and professional.
