Parking Enforcement & Associated Services (St Helens & Knowsley) 2025 Opportunity Id: DN747986 Title: Parking Enforcement & Associated Services (St Helens & Knowsley) 2025 Categories: 350200 – Parking Description: St Helens Borough Council and Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council are looking to award a 5-year contract with the option to extend for a further 5 years with breaks at Year 5 and Year 8 (5+3+2) for parking enforcement and associated services. The Councils are looking to appoint one provider that is committed to delivering services that reflect the current and changing needs of each authority over the lifetime of the contract. The provider will be required to provide an annual review of services that reflects both on what was achieved and how improvements can be made for the following year(s), including reviewing any changes in technology, the use of greener travel, staffing changes and training needs, and necessary updates to existing equipment along with any innovations that could be implemented to improve service delivery or introduce efficiencies.
